  • There are so many online courses; what would make you select your organization?

    We designed courses and training programs for novice learners, practitioners, emerging employees, and senior leaders. We use empirical research, personal experience, blogs, textbook resources, and tools to create an interactive learning experience. Our foundation is first centered around “you” as the learner, and we collectively move forward from this perceptive. Our training is not “in the box” or the “traditional corporate training.” Our training addresses real-life workplace concerns viewed through a different lens. We place our highest value on “you.”

  • How long are the resources available to the students?

    Course materials are available up to one year after the course completion date; we recommend you download any materials you would like to keep. As a special, we are currently offering an additional year to access course materials.

  • Why does your courses have “check on learning” and “surveys.”

    As of now, our training programs are not IACET accredited. Our company uses this framework as our guidelines to develop, monitor, and evaluate the training and online courses we offer. In addition, we use surveys and written or verbal feedback from students to increase individual learning engagement and support various learning styles.
