Tangalayer is the CEO, President, and Founder of Transcending Borders Corporation with over 20+ successful years in the Armed Forces and as a civilian service employee! I am committed to developing innovative training programs for businesses and communities, ones that articulate diversity benefits, improve communication at all levels, and are adaptable to various audiences (i.e., military, civilian, youth, non-profit). I lead by example, through advocating for veterans’ rights, human rights, and the equal treatment of all individuals regardless of race, national origin, gender, age, or ability! Most importantly sharing knowledge with people on how to value themselves, others and communities is my passion.

Fabian specializes in return on assets velocity and leveraging other business and relationship capital with joint ventures, strategic alliances, and partnerships. He is proficient with business enterprise systems and optimizes the highest and “Best Practices” of human and material capital. He uses his knowledge, skills, and data-driven technology tools to direct and lead teams in Corporate Structure Design, Corporate Intelligence, Business Process Modeling/Evaluations, Revenue Modeling, and more. Fabian values people, businesses, and partner relationships, which led to the establishment of Infinico Holdings.
